  • If you'd like to schedule an appointment with us, click the "Book Appointment" tab at the top of our website. You can quickly check our availability online and schedule an appointment.

    For In-Studio appointments, We kindly ask for a $50 nonrefundable deposit when scheduling an appointment. This helps us prevent no-shows and cancellations, allowing us to serve our valued staff & clients better.

    For In-studio appointments. The credit/debit card used to pay the deposit at booking will be charged 50% of the total service amount for appointments canceled or rescheduled after 48 hours before appointment time & the remaining full total service amount will be charged for same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules & no shows.

    **We do not give refunds on deposits, prepaid services, same-day cancellations or reschedules, cancellations, reschedules, or gift cards of any sort for Mobile or Studio appointments. Thanks for understanding**

    We kindly request clients to cancel or reschedule their Studio or Mobile appointments at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure our staff's schedules are optimally booked.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting the studio you may be considered a no-show and asked to reschedule a new appointment and place a new $50 deposit.

  • If you have already filled out our paperless intake form, you won't need to spend time doing it again when you come in for your appointment. We also ask our patients to fill out a few health questions online before coming in, so we can save time during your appointment. This way, you can show up just five minutes before your appointment time and we can get started right away.

    CHECK-IN PROCESS:

    1.) You will receive a check-in link via text message to the phone number you provided in your reservation 15 minutes before your appointment time.

    2.) Arrive and check in 5 mins before the appointment time in your car. This will notify your therapist of your arrival.

    3.) The therapist will notify you back via text when they are ready to meet you at the doors to let you in the building *the doors stay locked for safety purposes*

  • If you are running late or having trouble with directions, please contact the studio as soon as possible. If you are late for your appointment, your service(s) may be shortened to keep on schedule. Every client and their time is important to us, so please try to be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting the studio, you may be considered a no-show.

  • All of our massage and bodywork professionals are licensed and insured professionals. We offer therapeutic massage and bodywork to improve self-healing, relaxation, and overall wellness. Disruptive behavior, such as inappropriate gestures, comments, sexual actions or comments, or other disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in termination of the session, police will be notified and future service will be denied.

  • If you are sick, have a contagious or medical condition, please tell the practitioner as soon as possible before your appointment. If you are under the care of a doctor, please provide an approval note to receive massage and bodywork.

  • Pregnant women can book a massage throughout pregnancy with us if free from any medical conditions and cleared by the doctor to receive massage therapy.

    *In the case of pregnancies classified as high-risk, we kindly request a doctor's note. You can conveniently send this document to our email address at info@massagestudio.com.

  • We only take deposits and payments by credit or debit card and prefer the same card on file to be charged at checkout for the remaining balance of service if you don’t prepay at booking.

    Gratuity is not included in our prices, so please remember to tip your therapists in cash (preferably), or online when booking.

  • We are a business and do not give refunds of any sort on pre-paid appointments, deposits, gift cards or refund any full service.
