Before the session the practitioner will go over the intake form you completed online at booking, see what your goals are for session, & answer any questions you might have. Please make sure to inform the practitioner of any pain, injuries, medical conditions, or allergies.

The practitioner will then leave the treatment room so you can get comfortable under the sheets on the massage table. You are welcome to disrobe completely, or stay partially clothed. Draping is required by law, which means that only the areas being worked will not be covered with the sheets/light blanket on the table.

Please speak up if you find the room, table, pressure, or any other accommodations uncomfortable or need anything changed.

It’s all about you!

The practitioner will give you specific, customized after care for how to prolong the effects of the massage, and relieve your pain outside of the treatment room. It’s best to follow these instructions for aftercare to maximize the benefits!
