After spending 6 years in the healthcare industry, Michala decided to change her career and help people through natural means with massage therapy and reiki energy healing. Michala strongly believes in the holistic benefits of massage therapy and reiki for people of all walks of life.

A graduate of Wellspring School of Allied Health, Michala is experienced in a variety of bodywork modalities and techniques, including anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology. She’s a certified reiki master and regularly receives massage therapy and holistic healing treatments herself in order to stay attuned to the latest developments in the field.

Joshua has been practicing massage therapy for eleven years and has been working as a full-time therapist since 2015. Massage therapy has always been a big part of his life, as he comes from a family of massage therapists.

Joshua’s style is a relaxing and restorative combination of Swedish and Deep-Tissue techniques focusing on releasing tight muscles and eliminating adhesions throughout the body. With a thorough understanding of kinesiology and stretching exercises, Joshua can help rebalance the body and restore the range of motion in stiff joints and injured tissues. With an intuitive approach to practicing massage, he is very good at discovering underlying causes of discomfort and tension.

Joshua also enjoys utilizing hot stones, cupping therapy, and heat therapy to enhance his clients’ experience on the table and improve results overall. He has studied many different modalities, including Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral, and lymphatic drainage. As someone who has experienced chronic migraines, much of his study has been focused on helping clients with head and neck pain.

Aliera earned her Associates degree in massage therapy at Heritage College in Kansas City almost 9 years ago and has been practicing ever since. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients feel their best and are free from pain by focusing strongly on the therapeutic side of massage; using deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and stretching techniques to help her clients achieve their wellness goals.

She enjoys using hot stones, cupping, and CBD oil to enhance the massage experience, finding that they make it easier to achieve the goals set for the session. She specializes in pain relief, focusing on finding the underlying issues causing any active discomfort.

Having spent time in the military, and from her own personal experience, Aliera understands how intrinsic touch is to physical and mental well-being on a deep and personal level. Whether her clients are coming to her for relief from pain and discomfort, or simply to relax and recharge from their daily lives, she strives to provide a supportive and welcoming environment where they will feel welcome, safe, and cared for.

Kaitlin transplanted to Kansas City from Chicago, IL, in January 2024. She graduated as Valedictorian from the renowned Soma Institute of Clinical Massage in Chicago in 2017.

Her school brought her experience working with runners at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon and the Loyola University basketball team. After school, she returned to Soma as a T.A. and then as a Core Instructor. She brought her knowledge and skills directly to people’s homes across the Chicago area, to high-end world-renowned spas such as AIRE Ancient Baths, and she also worked with Swedish Covenant Hospital at their medical fitness center Galter Life Center.

She has a wide range of experience treating professional and amateur athletes, professional singers, actors, and performers; post-surgical recovery; patients and survivors of breast cancer, pre-and post-natal mommas, scoliosis, sciatica/piriformis syndrome, autoimmune conditions such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and many others. Her practice combines Swedish massage's soothing and relaxing effects with the therapeutic benefits of sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to provide the best results for your body.

Kaitlin is known for her therapeutic and relaxing style. She has a passion for educating her clients on ways they can make achievable and sustainable differences in their lives to lengthen the effectiveness of massage and reduce their daily discomforts.
