We kindly ask for a $50 nonrefundable deposit when scheduling an appointment. The $50 deposit will go towards the total balance of the booked service.
Deposit Transfer Conditions:
For appointments rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Deposits will not be transferred or refunded for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

To avoid cancellation charges, we kindly ask clients to cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures our therapists' schedules remain full.
If you cancel or reschedule after 24 hours, the debit or credit card used for the deposit will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, and no-shows will result in a charge for the full service amount.
The $50 deposit can be transferred to another day as long as it is rescheduled before the 24-hour window.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on deposits, prepaid services, same-day cancellations or reschedules, or gift cards of any kind.

All of our massage therapy professionals are licensed and insured professionals. We offer therapeutic massage to improve self-healing, relaxation, and overall wellness. Disruptive behavior, such as inappropriate gestures, comments, sexual actions or comments, or other disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in termination of the session, police will be notified and future service will be denied.
